'Cancellation Policy
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Communications and Events Officer Jody Sharpe: events@fpsc-anz.com
• Cancellations made before 30 June 2025 will be refunded less 50% of the total purchase price.
• Cancellations made after 30 June 2025 will not be refunded.
• Delegate name changes will be accepted until COB 18 July 2025. Please send these to the Communications and Events Officer Jody Sharpe: events@fpsc-anz.com
