Cancellation Policy
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Communications and Events Officer Jody Sharpe: events@fpsc-anz.com
• Cancellations made before 19th July will be refunded less 50% of the total purchase price.
• Cancellations made after 19th July 2024 will not be refunded.
• Cancellations as a result of state lockdown or other COVID-19 related issues will be refunded or credited to future events.
• Delegate name changes will be accepted until COP 12th August 2024. Please send these to the Communications and Events Officer Jody Sharpe: events@fpsc-anz.com
