Our Farm to Lab tour takes you through the practical realities of food safety, starting with a guided farm tour at Barden Farms and continuing to the purpose-built food safety research facilities at NSW DPIRD’s Central Coast Primary Industries Centre, Ourimbah. Gain insights into how innovations in growing, surveillance and monitoring are helping to secure a safer fresh produce supply chain.
